BEST ERYTHRITOL
MOKU erythritol is THE best erythritol out there. Made from PEARS. Think about that compared to ‘sludge brands’. After buying a few of the ‘top’ brands, I’m staying with MOKU erythritol. Been buying MOKU brand for last 4 years. You can tell it is a good product. Made from pears must be the difference. It works in all of my cooking and baking. If I want a little monk sweetener, I add monk. But I’m not changing away from MOKU brand. Yes, you can tell the difference. People ask about shelf life. ‘Forever’. The taste never changes. It doesn’t get that ‘old’ taste. MOKU packaging is also good. They don’t rip or disintegrate. Or get air inside and inflate. ( know what I mean? )

No GMOs here....
Great product. I use 1 to 1 to replace sugar in all uses. Bakes up perfectly. We chose this brand because many manufacturers use gmo corn sludge to produce. This brand is clean.

No after taste that I can discern
This stuff is great! Studies show Erythritol does not spike blood sugar or insulin levels. This makes it great for dieting/fasting (you can call it dirty fasting if you want) but I put it in coffee. It looks like sugar, and tastes very similar but it is slightly less sweet. If you are looking for a sugar substitute you should give this a try.

Best Erythritol out there
This stuff is wonderful. I don't do a lot of baking, but I have 2 goto Low carb/Keto recipes that I make a few times a year. Rhubarb Dream bars are much better than the original recipe.This stuff us the closest thing to real sugar that I've found. It's pricey, but worth every penny.

I love this erythritol because of it's texture and taste and the price is good also. The fine texture is great for baking and breaks down easily. The taste is the best I've tried so far in erythritol and does not have much if any after taste. All in all, it tastes very much like sugar without all the negative side effects.

This is the ONLY no carb no calorie sweetener with no aftertaste
This is an answer to a prayer. I hate stevia, particularly in my coffee. I have tried every single brand and flavor of no cal sweetener, including monk fruit blends of every sort and pure monk fruit. They all leave a horrible taste. Thank God for this product. If have been ordering the three bags at a time and they stay fresh for a couple of months no problem. And no toxic sludge, too! This is a game changer.
