This item was sent with wrong USB cable, we had to buy another one but the Biometric device will not interface with the computer.Have tried with several USB cables without any results... Not possible to upload settings from computer to device.Contacted the manufacturer by e-mail who promised us to solve the problem, but they stopped answer after the second e-mail.

Does not show In or Out
When an employee punches the clock, it does not show if they are in or out.A lot of employees forget if they have clocked out for lunch, so this is needed.The reports are horrible, and does not say clock in or clock out.

Not bad - you get what you pay for.
The system is a decent deal for the price. For employees it is a little annoying, as they frequently have to scan several times before it recognizes their finger. From an employer standpoint it leaves a lot to be desired. The spreadsheets it generates are very primitive and somewhat difficult to read. It seems like the hardware is sound but the software leaves a lot to be desired. But again, based upon what the system costs it is still a decent value.

Hate this, if I could give no stars I would. Monthly fee for the product was ridiculous. Product itself shouldn't have been so pricey if I have to pay a monthly software fee. This was for a mechanic shop so empolyees can just punch in faster. NOPE half the time it couldn't read the finger print scanner. WASTE OF MONEY

Returned product. The reports were useless, a single cell has date and time. No calculations of how many hours or easy way to extract this data. Look elsewhere.
