Works perfectly
I used the Imazing Portable Car Jump Starter once on my 20 year old 4.7 liter V8 with a completely dead battery (2 months unused, wouldn't even click the solenoid). It started the engine first try. I connected my inrush/peak current meter and it only took 200 amps to start. The jumper was at 90% and went down to 70%. On the second start (to test the capacity of the jumper) it took 168 amps and was still at 70% life, same for the third test. No heating of the battery pack was detected. A truly impressive product. It will take years to see if it holds up of course. After I recharged the truck battery I tested the inrush current of just the battery (no jumper) and it measured 551 amps. "The Tundra starter motor is a 2kW motor, which divided by 12 volts is 166 amps" so the168 amps is right on the money. Everything over 166 amps in just inrush current which only last milli-seconds. Once the inrush is over the starter motor can only pull it's max rotating current (not the locked rotor inrush amps).

Dependable and versatile
There are a million of these power banks/jump starter packs it seems like. I took a chance and bought the smaller one of these (top in picture) a year ago. I've used it a dozen or more times jump starting cars and light duty diesel trucks. I've used it as a power source to charge tool batteries (in a pinch, not ideal), cell phone, power a portable scissor jack (5 ton) and an air compressor (small car type). It has been stored in my vehicle during the heat of summer and the cold of winter. I check it once every 3 months for a charge and if I use it I charge it back up. This unit retains it's charge very well. Now I've "upgraded" to the bigger version with the 110 inverter. I'm very pleased with this companies quality of product. Haven't had an experience with customer service yet because I've had no need to. I do not usually do reviews but when I find a gem I like to share it.

Doesn’t work- for my diesel
Update 9/6/21- well…..my other vehicle (FJ Cruiser) had a dead battery and I decided to grab this thing because it was still sitting in the garage. I hooked it up not expecting anything and it started right up! Drove around a bit to charge the battery up and stopped. Wouldn’t start (battery ended up needing replaced)…hooked the jump starter pack up and it fired right up again! So….apparently it isn’t enough for my diesel sprinter (review prior to purchase stated it worked for heavy duty diesel rigs). It did nothing for my sprinter even with a partial charged battery. But with a bad battery in my FJ it had zero issue and worked well. Updated from 1 star to 4.Sat for a few months after I bought it. Finally had a need to use it and it didn’t work. Figured maybe it just needed charged. Borrowed a jump starter from someone else and plugged this in to charge. Couple weeks later needed it again. It said it was charged. But as soon as I tried to use it the charge % immediately dropped and it wouldn’t do anything. Had someone test it and they said it had no output. Too late to return. Emailed the company and never heard back. Expensive paper weight.

Amazing Power
Right out of the box it was charged to 95%. I charged it to 100% and went to the shop to try it out on my Massey Ferguson 180. The battery was completely dead. I hooked it up and it started on the second try. Only used 5% of power too! Definitely will recommend this product! I know that if it will start a diesel tractor with a totally dead battery I won't have any problems with my automotive needs.

Esto es una porquería
Lo compré con mucha ilusión y, hasta regalé uno que tenía pensando que había hecho una gran compra. Cuando lo necesité no funcionó.

cables are better
Lots of power and if your car won't start this may work. It also may not. Several times I've tried with friend's cars and I had to pull out the cables. It's okay as an emergency when no one is around to give a jump but it may not work if it's super cold and the battery is drained.
