Love this cooker! It heats up super quick so one needs to keep an eye on it. I use it all the time at work to heat up my meals. Love the dual voltage. Stainless steel pot and lid are easy to keep clean. Great product!

work for the airline industry, w/ covid restrictions, a mini travel cooker comes in handy. wanted a dual voltage cooker which this one is. but it has a stainless steel pot which is difficult to cook w/ unless you’re heating soups or hot beverages. everything sticks to the bottom, so you have to learn how to manage heat as it does not have a heating dial. it’s a matter of applying heat, then removing the pot for a time so food doesn’t burn. there’s a mini travel cooker made in germany that a friend purchased which offers dual voltage, a heating dial & a teflon pot. i much prefer hers as you can manage the heat & food doesn’t burn in the pot. if you can manage to order the rommelsbacher travel cooker from the u.s., do so. another reason i’m not thrilled w/ cooker is i paid $11 more than the original price on amazon. since i was looking at it often before i purchased it, felt like i was being played w/, price did not revert to it’s original price & so i purchased it at the higher price. as soon as i did, i noticed it was once again cheaper. i emailed the vender & they reimbursed me the $11. hope you don’t go through the same.

I ordered an older version of this model and it performed exactly what was advertised. Though it did not meet my needs at the time (I was looking for a product that could use different types of pans), the customer service was good and it did come with the US adapter. I see that this newer model looks so much better and can use different pans. If the mechanics are anything like the original I am sure it will perform well. I look to update if I get the chance to purchase.

This is a great multi voltage cooker. Bought it for my hubby who is a pilot and must not leave his hotel room when working due to Covid restrictions around the globe. He has used it in Asia, USA and Europe. Small, compact and easy to clean. The only down side is there is just one temperature so be careful when cooking soups or warming up food as it will burn if you don’t stir it frequently. A definite must buy for anyone stuck doing hotel quarantine and needs something to reheat their food.

It started to smell burning at my first use, and then after a sudden 'pop' sound, it died. The LED still turns on, but it never gets hot. Defective.
