The Grrrip 2 in 1 Dog Leash in Black

I purchased this leash because I walk 2 dogs and having all that extra material from 2 six-foot leashes was just too much. I wanted a shorter leash and liked the idea of the 2nd handle for better control. I also bought another brand of a 2-handled 4-foot leash, but I like this better because the 2nd handle is closer to the dog than it is on the other one, so you can hold the dog closer to you.The only disadvantage to this leash is that my dog's leg sometimes gets caught in the 2nd handle if I'm only holding the handle at the end. You have to be sure to not leave so much slack that this can happen.

The quality of this leash is excellent. I have two large therapy dogs (Standard Goldendoodles) and use if often with both. It allows me both the standard 4' therapy leash, or a traffic leash when needed. It also provides the opportunity for one of our clients to join me in taking the dog for a walk. I often have two leashes for therapy walking, but this gives me the opportunity to offer someone to walk the dog with me on the spur of the moment. I am thrilled to have found this - it was exactly what I wanted, right down to the length and width.

I like using this leash with my dog. It is well made and with quality materials. I have used this leash everyday for a few months and it is still going strong. The traffic handle is easy to grab but, I think the design could be improved by stitching the handle a bit higher so it is still easy to grab but lays flatter with the leash when not in use.

The second grip makes walking large dogs more safe. You get a better grip to pull the dog closer to you.

I like the traffic leash to rein in my dogs when needed. Since I have 2 fairly young herding dogs, keeping them under control is important. I decided to get the 4 foot lead (already have the 6 foot) and I'm really happy having better control on the fur kids.

Well made. The short handle is perfect for keeping our dog at our side while training to walk "next" to us, not ahead of us.

Great leash. I like the extra handle for controlling my dog as he is still learning. The leash is of a good width and weight. I actually bought a second leash (6' length) for longer walks but I like the 4' better.

I am a pet sitter and dog walker, love this leash. I got it originally for two clients that pull a bit but I use it for all my clients now. It has come in handy for even my smaller dogs when they are trying to get into something (trash or dead baby bird) and I need to pull them back safely, works like a charm.
