🔄 Train Smarter, Not Harder!
The DRYFIREMAG Training Magazine is designed for Glock 9, 40, 357, and 45 G.A.P. pistols, allowing users to practice dry fire training safely at home. It features audible and tactile feedback to simulate real firing, eliminates the need for ammunition, and enables realistic shooting practice without the hassle of racking the slide.

DryFireMag review
Overall I really like the idea behind this product. In application there are some minor issues. This training mag is well made and the spring pack allows you to fine tune the device to your liking. This mag does change the feel of the trigger from stock while in use since it doesn't actually use the striker. If your training involves mag changes then the purpose of this mag will be limited (unless you buy more than one). The mag fits in my Glock 45 Gen 5 and Glock 22 Gen 4 with no problems. It is slightly pricey but overall I think that it is worth the expense to not have to rack the slide in between each dry fire trigger pull. I like many other reviewers wish that it worked with MantisX but I was aware that it didn't prior to purchasing. I think that even with its limitations and minor issues, it is still a great training tool that will definitely help with training.

Will it work with a laser?
The only thing missing from this awesome product is a louder crack of the trigger sound to activate a laser. I tried the Laserlyte lt-pre on my Glock 26, but the sound of the click wasn't strong enough. If this was solved, this would get 10 stars.

It does the job, but the packaging has me confused. This is "new" eh?
So, this is "new", eh?Ordered a new DFM, and got a box that'd already been opened. I assume everything's in the box that's supposed to be, but I have no idea if this thing's been used or not. New is new, open box is open box, used is used. The thing works alright, but the whole experience has me puzzled, given this thing cost over $100, and I could've gotten an open-box/used version from DFM direct for 20% less. All in all, the product works fine (though, it only sometimes works with the MantisX system - changing the settings in MantisX to increase sensitivity gets you about a 70% success rate). You feel like you're doing something wrong the first time you pull the trigger with the feeling of something "blocking" the action, but when it starts clicking, it works, and feels fine. There is a positive trigger break, and a *click* sound - the trigger resets, and you're back to it. Fit and finish are good enough, the plastic feels good, not flimsy or brittle. It'd be interesting to have a weighted version so they feel like a full magazine to aid in the whole training experience, but they feel like an empty magazine, so, know that going in.All in all, it's an expensive trainer, but it does the thing it says it does.

Works well if you can read the directions.
The mag works as advertised, just read all the directions, I did not. To be fair the instructions are clear. I’m just impatient.Customer service is outstanding. The good:-quality/craftsmanship seem to be very solid-fast shipping-simple and clear instructions-does allow for repeated trigger pulls/press without cycling the slide, read the directions and make small adjustments.

Worth every penny.
Want to shoot better??? Dry fire daily with this thing. 5-10 mins a day and you'll be John wick. For real. It's all about TRIGGER CONTROL and this thing trains that insanely well. Save ur pennies and buy this NOW. Ditch the range for a few months and save on ammo if you have to. This is a necessity.

Works as advertised, great for dry fire. Glad it fits the 19x!
Glocks (and most other striker fired handguns) are great until you want to practice dry firing with multiple targets. With the Dry Fire Mag it's not a concern any more! My follow up shots have definitely since I started training with Dry Fire Mag. I was also pleased to find it fit the 19x. Also, there was no religious info in my package.

Excellent for dry fire
This is a good addition for dry fire training, and the ability to change trigger pull tension is a plus. For Glocks, the spring tension in the mag should be set to match the trigger bar drop as this will be the best way to actually replicate your actual trigger break. There is a video on the Dryfiremag website (under the Instruction tab) that shows how to do this - it simply requires removing the slide so you can see the actual drop of the trigger bar as you are adjusting the spring tension in the mag.

Performance was not worth the cost. But, well built.
Pros:- Overall seems to be built well.- It DOES allow repeated trigger “clicking”.Cons:- Does not feel anything like a Glock trigger pull or trigger break. Not good for training of trigger control. It does state in the ad copy “Will not actuate firing pin”, for $100 it REALLY should in order to allow training with laser bullets. I would recommend this, if it did.I have bought a lot of gun stuff that sits on the shelf, but I chose to return this item. Would have considered keeping it for $40-$50.
