Hi there,Let me please give a review. I have not yet tested night vision, so I will get it updated once I do so.There are four areas I can comment on.1. Overall the camera came on time, well packed, looking pretty neat due to its small size.2. Customer service. We all know in modern USA customer service not as it used to be. Well, ONREAL guys are EXCEPTIONALLY great (forgive my caps lock). They are available on email (usa@onreal.cn) and will always, with extreme details, sometimes with video, answer your questions and address your concerns. Thank you, Andy! Well, when you have any issues – just shoot them the email (I sent many!) and you’ll get response pretty fast (please note 12 h difference with most USA states.)3. Please note that the settings at the moment you have it unpacked are default settings. Some might be unusual for someone who did not used dash cam before (like me), so do not panic. What made me scared at first was that camera would turn off completely very soon after I unplugged it from the power source; and turned back on automatically when plugged back in. After the car turned off, at 10 seconds, the dash cam automatically turns-off too, this situation is normal. Because if you want to use the dash cam for monitoring, you will need some energy to have ‘left’ in a battery. So essentially, if you do not want it always plugged in, - choose another model. I bought 2 Way Car Cigarette Lighter Socket Splitter (also has USB Charger) Power Adapter 12V. So that I can always plug in something else. I have also bought Car Wire Clips (Self-adhesive), to route the wire. Length was sufficient for my car (and my sig lighter is actually on the right side of driver seat, not under dash panel).4. Please note that default setting is turn the screen off after 1, 3 or 5 minutes. Camera is still RECORDING. Again, do not panic. This is made in order not to distract driver. You can put this option (dormant) OFF, so your camera is always on if you prefer this. I found having it OFF quite convenient, though.5. G-force: pretty sensitive.6. The time, date, and coordinate footnote are also fine (so far for a week), no issues.7. Picture quality: this camera produces crisp, detailed video during day (not yet tested at night). Please see my pics at sunny day, and during rain. However, as someone already noted, the video file is of higher quality when played on computer, using VLC.8. I did not use WiFi, and do not plan to, so no comment on this option.9. What I did not like: I would personally prefer better instruction book, but I am not tech savvy. SD card. Many people would need an adapter from micro SD to SD to see video on computer. I wish it was in a box. You can, however, use USB from camera, set it to “Storage mode”.10. Well, that’s it for now. Again, I’ll use this space to publicly thank Andy from ONREAL, and recommend this camera to everyone.

I bought this dash cam in particular due to it's great reviews and I wanted a camera with extremely good quality for both the front and back view of my car, and boy did this deliver. The quality was sharp and everything was smooth. No issues whatsoever, but after about dead on 6 months, the little indicator blinking light that the camera had went from a steady green blink to an orange and green blink and then now at the 7 month mark, a dim blink that flickers and it's having issues recording actual footage. I just hooked the camera up to my computer to notice it hasn't recorded in about 2 weeks despite activating and showing it's default splash screen everytime my car starts. It was a great camera while it lasted, but it occasionally spam restarts over and over. My car stays parked under my car port most days, out of direct sunlight, but I think it's time to lay this camera to rest.

Very frustrated with this. Getting little or no customer service thru emails. I bought this to use both cameras. The rear has no instructions at all. I know to plug the wire in to top of camera but what's the red wire for? No mention of anything in the booklet about it? If I find out the red wire has to be spliced to another power supply I may just return it. I was expecting a better experience with the big promises they make.Edit: Ok, I finally heard back from them so I added another star. For future refence the red wire is so you can use the rear camera as a backup camera by hooking it up to the taillights/reverse somehow. I did not use it that way. The cameras themselves seem to be good quality. The instructions leave a lot to desire although I did figure out how to use a few things at least. I would probably give this 4-5 stars if they would fix the language barrier with the instructions. Example: they did send the download app for the GPS as requested but it seems to be in Chinese and again, no instructions that I could find on how to use it. The camera is nice though.

I'll start with the package and contents. It comes in a nice solid package and inside the contents are well packaged and individually bagged. Comes with everything you need to mount it one way or another. A seller who can provide customers with SanDisk 32G memory card, I think this is commendable.I just installed this 4k + 1080P dual lens dash cam couple week ago. It was very easy to set up and also has a app for Iphone or android that can be managed with WIFI. I love the pictures it takes as well as the video recording. Great video and sound. Love the quality.....GPS Works great. It has good pictures and vedio quality (night and day both ) high definition. So i can say this product is awesome, and great quality product. it has also seamless loopns so record automatically replacing the old footage and replacing it with new vedio so we dont need to worries about memory card space running out.I have encountered one or two minor problems, and the seller responded promptly and solved my problem. I highly recommend the car dashboard, the seller provides good support for any problem.I want to recommend it to more friends, really the most effective assistant for the driver.
