Overall it was an amazing purchase! I'm not sure if I was given the wrong things or it just isn't advertised but I got an 8000mAh portable charger that's very high quality instead of the 2200mAh advertised and I also got 4 screen protectors compared to the 2 advertised. I'm not complaiing about this just didn't expect it lol. My only complaint is that the screen protectors are a little difficult to remove the protective stickers but other than that amazing purchase and I'd also like to know if there was a mistake about the battery and screen protectors, Thanks!

This meets my running needs very well. I like data, and this provides everything I want and more. Specifically, I track mileage (currently running 150-250 miles per month), speed, sleep, heart rate, stress, hydration, VOl max, and what Garmin calls 'body battery'. Body battery is new to me, but it is a useful reminder of the load I put on my energy resources and the importance of rest and sleep for recharging.There are other measurements available, too, for those tracking calories or undertaking other types of training. It also provides insights you can tailor according to your interests and activities, based on your history compared to others in the Garmin universe.For me, the information helps keep me motivated while avoiding overtraining. I don't run with music, so this model works well for my preferences. I'd highly recommend it to those wanting a serious training aid in the form of a watch and data collecting device.

If you are looking for any watch or any products in general, whether it be made by Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung, Apple, etc. I recommend you not to buy these types of products online, especially from third parties; like this one, unless it is from their website or you buy it in stores for the simple reason that you know 100% that the product is new. I am a big fan of Garmin products, and I was quite excited about this watch. When I finally received the watch, and all the features work except being able to pair it to the Garmin Connect app. No matter what I did, it would always say "pairing failed" Also when I turned the watch on I have noticed that this watch was previously owned by another person for their data was still visible on the watch. I contacted Garmin support and they were so kind as to send me a NEW watch.

Extremely difficult to figure out how to use this watch. Instructions barely explain “How to get started”. I purchased this because the reliable garmin I had previously died beyond repair and my apple watch battery dies long before finishing training runs and marathons. I will have to find a tutorial or instructions online. I have run a couple of marathons wearing it and it is ok but otherwise not user friendly.

Do NOT buy your Garmin watch from this seller! It may come with a portable charger and a “screen protector” but the portable charger SUCKS it only lasts a few minutes. And the screen protector is essentially a flimsy clear sticker to stick over the face of the watch. It’s not real tempered glass, which is what you want (make sure it’s 9H). I love the Garmin watch itself, I’m a distance runner and it does all I need it to, mark my pace, mileage, etc. but it’s not worth the price from this seller because the portable charger and “screen protector” suck. I recommend to look for a cheaper option and buy a portable charger and tempered glass separately. Any portable charger works for Garmin watches, there’s nothing special about this one. The actual Garmin website currently has the Garmin Forerunner 45s is on sale for $149.99. Don’t buy from PlayBetter, the quality of the other products in this bundle are not worth it. (But I do recommend the watch itself!)

So I upgraded to the 45 after seeing a friends watch he just purchased. Big mistake for both of us. While I have no issue with the form factor (size and interface) the functionality stinks on ice. While the user interface could use a bit more thought (it's not very intuitive or user friendly) it isn't a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker is I am continually standing around waiting for the watch to pick up the gps signal. My old garmin vivo took seconds, I'm waiting for over a minute or two. The bluetooth connectivity is worthless (and yes I have updated the SW/Firmware). Every morning I have to turn off the watch and then reconnect it IOT get the stats downloaded to the garmin connect. To make matters worse, it seems to turn off at odd times during the day and night. Totally unacceptable for the price point of this watch. I was hoping that this would be a mid priced option as I don't want to spend $600-$700 on a smart watch, but this watch isn't it. Have been a long time garmin user but since I can't return it (purchased in April) I will most likely throw it out and go with the apple watch..........too bad I am done with the garmin folks

I had an issue with the first watch I ordered, but it seems to be just one bad one because I love the second one I received. Customer service was nice, quick, workable, and helpful. It works great, and I would definitely recommend this watch to others!
