Great product however they will not cover a manufactor defect in desighn so its YOUR job to correct the flaw they outline with wire being ripped off by fan engagement. Sad they make it your fault if not installed correctly but your were warned if you reas the description. So what I found to work was a stiff piece of rod. I took a piece of 3/32 stainless welding rod cut to about a foot to stiffen the unsupported wire so it will not suck into fan when rpm increase... worked like a charm... I did however drive it once with no issues unsupported but would not suggest doing so becuase it doesnt take much effort to make the wire touch fan with a finger unsupported... the welding rod worked great.

Let me just say that i was a little hesitant to buy this fan clutch vs. the o.e.m. fan clutch but i thought i'd try it considering the great savings. That was a dumb idea! this clutch began to engage and then stop, start to engage again and then stop and so on and so on for the first three minutes of towing the trailer and then...Nothing! Fan Clutch completely stopped trying to engage. had no choice but to stop and let engine cool at idle and disconnect the trailer and get a different truck to finish the haul. after letting the truck cool over night, i decided to check the resistance on the fan and lets just say, it spins free as a bird! no resistance at all. so its coming off and i will be replacing it nwith the o.e.m. fan clutch!

Absolute garbage stopped working with in 3 months of use .Over heated truck on freeway because this fan stopped engaging just free spins ! Buy OEM .

This clutch is absolute garbage over heated my truck 240* first time pulling a 26 foot 10,000 Lb camper, doesn’t even engage with ac on at idle so ac doesn’t get cold, pulling off and returning to get oem. Do not buy waste of time and money very frustrating

not worth it at all ,installed on my cummins drove 3 miles it locked up and blew locking mechanism yanked wiring and does not spin what so ever while engine running p.o.s...

I have had this in my truck since October and it has worked as it should. My only issue was the metal bracket that keeps the wire out of the fan was actually interfering with it (Probably due to my positioning IDK). I took this off and put the bracket from my old part and it worked perfectly.

This product worked well for my 2008 dodge ram 2500 with a 6.7 L Cummins. It’s been installed about three or four weeks with no issues

good price when purchased but burned out after return time

Product did not work. Unfortunately I didn't install it in tim before the return window closed. Can't get any product support from Amazon or seller

Great product was very impressed with quality. Everything fit perfectly as it should. Tedious install. And specialty tools needed.

Failed after less than 300 km. Junk!
