I bought this product back in April and just decided to use it this past weekend. All I have to say is that wow! At first I thought my Dexcom was broke because my glucose level has been in range all weekend and I noticed I’m not craving any sweets. Usually Berberine does not work for me only bitter melon. This must be the perfect combination because I have been eating smaller meals no cravings and it’s a wonderful feeling that I found something that actually works! Please try this!

I'm a 45 yo female, so "menopause belly" has been affecting me for a while, and metabolism hasn't been great since 37 or so. I don't exercise and eat like I should (I'm hit or miss), but I can 1) tell a BIG difference in belly bloat when I AM exercising and eating correctly 2) it helps decrease the bloat when I'm NOT exercising and eating like I should. Maybe this is TMI, but it's a review so I might as well be honest...my BMs are great in the morning. Yes, it's the little things in life when you get older! They're more solid and I feel a full emptying of my bowels. I haven't felt that unless I'm in the middle of a cleanse, so it's nice to just be able to pop two pills daily and still get the same effect. I can't speak to the cardiovascular system support yet, but I'll see if it's made an impact when I visit the doc in December. Can't speak to the immune system support, either, but we're still in Covid-19 times so it certainly can't hurt to double down on immune support. I highly recommend this product if you're a female of any age, but definitely if you're over 40.

I bought the 120 capsule bottle for about thirty bucks, and I was very pleased with it. I like the combination of 100 mg berberine, 200 mg bitter melon, and 50 mg banaba leaf per day (2 capsules). I will say, these capsules are very, very large. I solved the problem of choking on them by actually having the capsules in a spoonful of applesauce like they do in the hospital for large pills. That worked great. Of course, now I'm out of these because this size is out of stock. The smaller 60 count bottle is almost twenty four bucks, which makes it almost twice the price of the bottle I bought in November. In this economy, that is not in my price range.

I bought this for appetite control. I can't even count how many different things I have tried for appetite - including prescription medications. Either the products didn't work or the side effects were terrible. This, however, is the real deal. Takes away my cravings (I'm addicted to sweets) and reduces appetite with no side effects. I'm absolutely amazed at how well this works. For reference, I'm a 56 y/o woman and any woman my age knows it's extremely difficult to lose weight at this age. This product really helps!!

Foul smelling and bitter taste. I've ordered this brand before and the capsules had no discernible smell or taste. This time around, it smelled odd the minute I opened the bottle and the capsules were bitter on my tongue. It's a non refundable/non replaceable product, so I'm out the money I spent and don't have the capsules.ETA: The seller reached out to me and gave me a full refund on the order. This might have just been a bad batch, and I really appreciate the customer service and the ease in which they granted the refund. Will shop with them again.

I didn't think a supplement could help with blood sugar. I've been a type-2 diabetes for a little over a year and rarely got in the low 100s. Two days after starting this product inexplicably my morning measurement was 110. I say inexplicably because normally that measurement would be 150 - 170+ at that time of day. Nothing had changed. A couple hours later I realized something had changed. I'd added this supplement. My readings are a lot lower and after five months my A1C went down 7.7 to 6.9 without changing anything else. I've pointed out this product to my sister who's said she's just ordered a bottle and my mom's asked me to buy one for her.

I'm still unsure on if it's actually doing anything but my review is based off the taste. Over the many years of me taking vitamins and supplements I've never tasted something so horrible in my life.

It doesn’t happen overnight but at least for me, it took about two weeks to curb appetite. I get full faster when I’m eating. My mother also started taking only one pill to check the effects on glucose levels and her levels decreased right away.
