Have used this (grey, heavy) band for a few weeks as pull up assist and it seems to be extremely well made and has a lot of resistance. I have used it for other exercises, and its great. If you double it up, its a hell of a lot of force. So far I am very pleased and look forward to finding even more uses for this band. Theres cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I do not want a band of this magnitude to snap in my face or worse places...... well worth the $

I use it to assist me with pull ups. I'm 5 ft 2 in tall, and weigh less than 140 lbs. I can't do a full pull up unassisted, so this helps me do at least 2 full pull ups back to back. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Durable product.

It’s great. I’m an independent personal trainer and a weightlifting athlete; always training and practicing shoulder and hip mobility and flexibility. I’ve stretched this band to it’s max, I’ve be able to get into every position I need to without hesitation or complaints about band integrity.

Good bands used a lot for working out and have held up well so far. No complaints on my end.

I see other bands like this broken on the floor of our building's gym. this is top quality from what I have experienced so far, recommend for anyone getting serious about upping their pull up count.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A little pricey but you usually pay a little more for good quality products. Now to see how well it holds up.
