This suit does a great job keeping your muscles warm. It actually makes your workout easier since your muscles stay warm. It is important to drink a lot to stay hydrated since you loose do much water. The wrists and ankles have elastic but do still leak a little. I wish they made socks to go with this suit to catch the sweat because it soaks your shoes. Not a good idea to wear clothing under because it ends up soaked. Tuck the shirt into the pants so the sweat stays inside. The antibacterial treatment seems to work well keeping it fresh. Baby the crotch and armpit areas until you have warmed up and started to sweat otherwise the material sticks to you and it can tear in these places. I had my pants start a tear in the crotch. I fixed with a vinyl patch kit intended for vinyl pool liners or pool toys and it worked great! As long as you start to sweat, the material slides nicely against your skin. Alternatively you can swear lightweight spandex wicking material under it. Update: I found PVC socks to go with this suit! No longer do your shoes need to get soaked! See photo below. Also, the armpits and crotch are a point of stress so be careful to make sure the suit is positioned good before doing an exercise so that you don’t tear it! If you do, it fixes easy with packing tape or even better, pool toy repair patches such as “Tenacious Tape” that already has adhesive on it (no glue). I put these patches on the armpits and crotch just to reinforce it and the suit is durable as ever! For the PVC socks, they are about $25. To find them, search “AB25m” on google. They are made for Adult Baby, but work great for this.

Well it does what they say...as long as you are putting the work in. Don't expect to put this on and just start sweating until you live in Houston or Hot Las Vegas lol. Not but seriously, it works great, its comfortable, great option for the money and I like that it has elastic on the sleeves, neck, and waistband.In my opinion, you don't need this to fit like your regular workout gear so I would suggest going the next size up. I'm 5'4" and 158lb. I got M/L and have big legs and hips and butt. It fits, not tight, but it would have been no big deal to go up a size for sure. It washes with all my dark clothing and I have now washed it more than twice and its been in the dryer for a normal and heavy cycle. No issues other than it will hold on to the water in the machine even after spin cycle to before you throw it in the dryer you may have to shake the water out

The quality of this product is very cheap. I originally bought one of these suits. It worked really well with helping me sweat. I ran water over it and hung it out to dry in my bathroom. The next day it was still wet, so I put it in the dryer for a quick spin. That day it completely tore apart while I was using it. I ordered 2 more because I thought putting it in the dryer caused that. I was able to use both of the new ones only two times before they fell apart, and none of these were put in the dryer. Don’t waste your money on these.

Dont waste your time, ripped pants first day save your money, i think a hefty bag will last longer!!

I was so excited about the product being shipped. The suit came sooner than I thought which I was so excited and ready to use. I workout in it for 1 hour and a half. I could feeling the sweat moving around then it stopped. So I didnt think nothing of it when I took it off after my workout of just high speed walking and running I realized the pants had a hole in them🤦🏽‍♀️. So that was why I stopped feeling the sweat then I took the top off and wholes under the arms as well. These was a waste of money because I was only able to wear it once and to the trash its goes.... very dissatisfied and disappointed with product timeframe that it can be used.... I didnt even want to get this one star

I STILL HAVE MY TOP BUT THE PANTS ONLY LASTED 3 WORKOUTS. THEY TEAR EASY.YOU CAN'T REALLY WORKOUT IN THEM.

The pants tore after the 1st use. I meam durning the 1st use.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I was so excited at first to use this product during my daily home 20 minute workouts. I sweat a lot in it however, after wearing it two times it ripped under the arms. I ducked taped it so I can continue to use it. The duck tape didn’t work so I stopped using the top. I continued to use the bottoms during my workouts but by the fourth time I wore them they tore in the thigh and bottom area. The suit was very baggy on me and was not too tight so it should have not torn or ripped. I attribute this to the poor workmanship and thin material. I love the sweat I got, now I’m forced to purchase something that is of higher quality and made with more substantial material . I don’t believe this product should be sold. It seems like an item that can be worn once or twice. Not worth the money.

Hola ! No lo recomiendo ... llevo usándolo poco tiempo y ya se rompió o sea 🙄 muy baja calidad y resistencia... solo lo uso como sauna después de hacer ejercicio y ya se abrió ... repito no lo uso para hacer ejercicio solo para sudar después de... chafa

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Got only 2 wear out of it and it fell apart. Not good quality at all but it does make you sweat a lot. I wish it was better quality and I was able to use it more than twice.

First time using it and the side of the shirts split under the arm. About a 24 inch split. Right along the seam. Would have liked more then one use out of it.

cannot rate this sauna suit because it only lasted for one work out I used it once and the left side from under the arm to the elastic band was torn and the pants the inside seam was rip from the inseam to the knee

Very bad tissue i used it for 2 days and it ripped of on the 3rd day. The tissue used its not strong enough
