Good headset. Use it with my Cisco SPA504G phone. Clear sound. Has a voice on/off switch that works although I don'e use it. Has on chord volume control.Comfortable over the head.Had a problem after around 9 months but customer service was great. Replaced it without hassle.

I live abroad and I phone my mother, in the UK, at least twice a week, for an hour at a time. She has arthritis and was using an old brick of a cordless phone, causing discomfort and requiring her to swap hands with the phone every few minutes. I ordered this headset on a Sunday and it arrived on the following Tuesday! The product seems really good and solves the problems described above. The seller provided prompt advice when I raised questions. A couple of things you need to be sure of, not just with this particular product but if you want this kind of set-up. Check that the cordless phone you want to use it with has a 2.5 mm audio "jack" socket on the HANDSET (not just on the base - I chose the Gigaset C430A, as referenced in the headset product title). Also, when using the headset, make sure the audio "jack" plug is well and truly inserted into the socket on the handset, otherwise you might experience some "talkback" at the non-headset end of the phone call (I could hear everything I said back about 1/2 second later and it turned out the she hadn't plugged it fully in. Once we got that dealt with, it functions perfectly). Sound quality at both ends very good, to the extent that I had to make her promise she was actually using it! Definitely worth considering this product if you have similar needs. I might even get one for myself ..... it'll make opening my beer during our calls so much easier ;o)

Great headset for a reasonable price. Comfortable with good quality sound. I bought it to use with my "BT Diverse 7410 Plus" phone and it's perfect. I can highly recommend it!

Headset arrived incredibly quickly - must be the fastest delivery I have had from any retailer. Nice comfy fit - I am female and found that I didn’t really have to use the extension band across the head. Volume works well and sound is great. Easy to position the mouthpiece. I have a trio of Panasonic landline phones that are quite old - model KX-TG8521E - and due to problems with my arm and wrist, really need to use some kind of hands free device. My old Panasonic headset just stopped working and it’s no longer available so decided to take a chance on this Wantek one. So far, so good and will be excellent value if the headset lasts as long as my other one. Overall excellent buy.

This is a very good headset, comfortable and with very good sound quality in both directions. The only slight drawback is that the boom is horizontally fixed to the ear cup so that you can’t easily bend it further out to avoid breathing into the microphone which can then be heard by whom you are talking too. You can, of course, bend it further out to avoid that, however, that means that the whole ear cup moves out so that the comfort is slightly diminished. That said, overall comfort is still high and I’m very happy with the headset.

I bought this to replace a headset that had started to go a bit crackly and I had complaints i couldn't be heard on conference calls. This one seems quite loud and I can hear clearly. It claims to be noise cancelling, I don't know if this is true but the sound is fine.Other reviewers said the cable was a but thick and would be an issue - not the case.I use it with the 2.5mm Jack on my panasonic cordless phone, mostly for Webex Con Calls.

Had a problem with one headset bought but replaced and after sales service was excellent

Second try: first one didn't work. This one seems ok although sound quality not that brilliant. Also as I think others have noted, headband not very comfortable (too tight). Anyway: hope for the best.
