Keep your feet from sliding around
This is a great set! I bought these for my heels so my feet don't slide around. They also work very good if a shoe is just slightly lose. I really love that these also add padding and cushioning for your feet because I know my feet sure hurt after hours standing in heels there is also a bonus set for the back of the foot which works good to make sure you do not get blisters from the back of your shoe rubbing.

Overall it wasn't what I expected so I returned it only thing good was it was soft

Not a good solution
Didn't get the job done but already opened so stuck with it. Purchased to prevent from sliding forward. Instead it hurt the soles of my feet and I kept sliding
