I couldn’t get this to open and work properly, instructions are terrible.Even looking at videos on line, just couldn’t get this to lock in place properly.I sold it in privately.

Please telescopic, A-frame ladders or save space and easy to move around actually brilliant. I don’t have to keep on taking my ladders that I can’t adjust to scoff at the London on stairs just as you like

The ladder bottom step came lose in its second day of use, it’s a very heavy ladder and when fully extended it’s very difficult to move it around.The seller didn’t respond to my emails that I have sent.Be very aware when you purchase this piece of crap.I am lucky that it was the bottom step not the middle one or the very top one.

The ladder was easy to use and is very solid. I like the fact that it has three modes of operations.It is larger than I expected, and the main structure is well built, which is ideal for my requirements.

Absolutely love this bit of kit. Doing the job I wanted it for fine. Only thing I would say is better instructions would have helped.

This ladder has good intentions but it is almost impossible to use on your own it is very very heavy , We purchased this so we could clear out our gutters but when it's fully extended it is ridiculously bouncy in fact I would say dangerous ..also seams that the first step is the last one to get extended so it's quite a big step up that you need to take ( ok for anyone with long legs) . Sorry but wouldn't recommend.
