teraherbs Super Prostate 3X - Bladder Control, & Support for Enlarged Prostate & Frequent Urination - Prostate Supplements for Men - 90 Capsules

I tried this supplement for two reason: I have always been painfully aware of the high risk all men face of developing Prostate Cancer, so I believe taking a supplement for your prostate health makes sense. In addition, I have very mild BPH side effects from a medication I am taking, which involve making it a little difficult to urinate at times, and feeling the need to urinate more frequently.Now, I have tried a number of Saw Palmetto supplements since I started having these side effects, including New Chapter (the best overall vitamin brand, imo), Jarrow, Nature's Bounty, Irwin Naturals, and on and on. None of them did anything for my side effects, though I want to believe they were all good for my prostate's overall health.I research my purchases obsessively sometimes, and so I kept looking for another prostate supplement that might actually be different. I'd tried all those others, and they all had a similar basis of high potency, standardized Saw Palmetto with supporting ingredients like Pumpkin seed oil, maybe a little pine bark extract. This product was noticeably different - it focused just on Beta Sitosterols and Pine Pollen, and the theory was that they get lots of natural substances from the Pollen like DHEA and a bit of natural testosterone. So, I thought, what the heck, might as well try one. If was expensive at $30 but I really wanted to lessen these side effects.Believe it or not, it actually made a noticeable improvement after about 5 to 7 days of the recommended usage. Urination was less frequent, noticeably easier and more comfortable. I had no expectations because I'd tried so many, so it wasn't like I was psyching myself up to believe something was happening. It just did, and I was shocked.Remember, I have no idea if this will work for you -- as far as I know, this could be very dependent on each guy's body and maybe what caused the BPH? I have no clue. But I was truly shocked that it worked.The best part was, I went back online to buy a second bottle, and once I put it in my shopping cart, it said it was free! So I went to checkout in case it was a glitch, and it said they were offering a promotion to me to try it!!! It was hilarious, because it they only knew I was hooked and already preparing a review, they could've definitely taken my $30 and I would've thanked them for it. Awesome:)

Have used this product for 6 months. Have seen improvement and definitely works better than prescription meds and no side effects. Able to sleep through the night without getting up for bathroom. Just watch how much fluids you drink about 90 minutes before going to bed :-D Given prostrate issues have multiple causes, there is not a one fix solution. If you want to try getting away from the pharmaceutical route and side effect, this is definitely worth a try. Excellent customer service.

I am not in the habit of taking supplements and try to stay away from pills of any kind including vitamins. I try to eat right and exercise and stay pretty healthy. However over the last year I started noticing a change in my urine flow and started to wake up once or twice a night to urinate.When I went for my annual checkup recently the doctor told me that I was developing an enlarged prostate and had the beginnings of BPH. My doctor told me I could go on a prescription med for enlarged prostate. I told him I did not want to start down that road. He suggested I try a supplement with beta sitosterol.I discovered that there are many prostate supplements out there but I decided to try Super Prostate 3x since it has a high does of beta sitosterol. It is working like a charm. All my symptoms have gone. I think I caught it early and I am glad I did not wait until my symptoms increased.I definitely recommend it.

I am a fit 46 year old man (work out 4 times a week and health is over all very good) however I have been going to the bathroom quite often and can't hold it in for more than 1 hour. During the night, I wake up about once per sleep cycle. I have been taking these for over a week as directed and still haven't noticed any improvement or changes at all. I will finish the bottle but don't think I will buy another.For background, I am a firm believer in taking high quality supplements (those manufactured with GMP standards) and was hoping that these would work better than Saw Palmetto supplements alone. As I said, as of yet I have not had any improvements but if it does change I will ABSOLUTELY update this review. I actually hope that things will improve.

Took half the bottle, dumped the rest! Bought this product to replace a prostate supplement that I was using, hoping for better results. The reviews looked great, so thought maybe it would be better than what I had been using. Took the Teraherbs prostate 3X for two weeks, only to have all of those nasty prostate symptoms return with a vengeance. Maybe it was a bad batch, the powder inside looked like old outdated pancake mix. I have now returned to my original supplement that I take once daily for good results. The 3X seemed to be 3X the money, and 3X the hassle with zero benefits.

Like so many others who claim "this or that" prostate medication works..or does not work...I can report, without so much as a blink of my eye, that this is the ONLY prostate formula that I have tried that puts all the others I have tried (and that is many!) to shame. I takes a few days, but then I noticed that I only needed get up 2 times in the night...then a few days later...only once per night...then a few days later (and now) I don't get up at all at night. I go through the day without any worry concerning the need to have a bathroom nearby. In fact...I have to remind myself to go at times..because..well..just because I should empty my bladder. There's more! When I go the bathroom now...the flow is really substantial right from the git-go...and keeps that way until it is "obvious" my bladder is truly empty and the flow stops almost abruptly. That 'empty' feeling stays for many hours without a hint of needing to go to the bathroom. Simply put...my life style is pretty much like most people now...I can go many hours somewhere (like a park, attend a long theatre presentation, or go to an outside event of some kind) and not worry about it. Try it...you'll like it!
