6 Piece Tabletop Quilted Vinyl Dinnerware Storage Set

I read all the reviews prior to purchase so I wasn’t expecting a thickly padded product. I wanted to keep my China protected but easily accessible and this product serves that purpose. The reviews mentioned the small thin foam squares included weren’t adequate protection for dinner plates, etc. One customer purchased some larger foam squares on Amazon but that the thickness reduced the number of plates that would fit in the zippered case. I so instead I went to Dollar Tree and bought packs of styrofoam plates and bowls in various sizes. They provide complete surface protection and they are thin enough so that 12 would fit in each case. For some pieces the styrofoam wasn’t deep enough for the piece so I made cuts around the rim which solved the problem.

Nice looking set of protectors. Even my largest oval platter fit perfectly. My whole set of china is now protected and ready for my granddaughter to take one day. I am very happy with my purchase!

I have another product similar to this, but twice as expensive. I’m not unhappy with this set; it just seems to be quite a bit flimsier. There are no cardboard pieces to hold the sides up. I would not use it for moving or long-term storage, but it’s okay for a storage cabinet. I’m nervous about any transport because they are so flimsy. But they did hold all of the pieces of my 4 piece 8 setting antique China

You get exactly what is described. It's good quality - good for protecting your dishes from scratches and dust, but the material is very thin so it's not the best against breakage. I put my china in these and then in a box and am careful with the box so it's fine - but it's not the best protection you could probably get. Still, for the price, it was exactly what I wanted. The little foam pads to go between dishes are very small and thin, so you may want to buy different ones of those if that is important to you, but they're better than what I was using before which was nothing.

Packing up 12 piece china set to get ready for some home repairs. I already had some storage set containers but I have lots of pieces. These worked very nicely. They had small foam sheets to keep things from bouncing on one another which were fine for everything as you just need the items spaced out. They fit my 10 inch plates large side dish bowls bread plates, salad bowls, and dessert dishes very nicely. I even have 14 of some items (for anticpated breakage) and they still fit in the containers, though doesn't leave them flat on top. Not a problem because I'm not stacking them on top of each other. It that's what you want you need to suck it up and pay for the expensive boxes. Coffee cups did not fit in they way you'd think - which is upright. I placed them on their side and they fit very nicely. These are all I need and I am very happy with them.

needed good storage for my grandmother's dinnerware and this is perfect. had the dishes in a used cardboard box and wanted a much better storage unit. The size turned out to be perfect for the plates and the tea cups. would have preferred better insulation for the plates and cups but I improvised last minute. Now they are in easy access storage. This is what you need if you have dishes that are not used frequently.

We needed something to organize and store all our fine china in a credenza for long periods. The cases are somewhat cheaply made and the foam separators included are small (only about the size of a dessert plate) and scarcely thicker than a piece of paper.Our objection was not so much to the vinyl containers as it was to the essentially useless foam separators. Would not have trusted those at all when stacking dishes with them.So, we made the containers work for us by buying separately some nice thick foam separators from Amazon (link below) and pairing them with these quilted containers. Since we used the thicker separators, we had to order another quilted storage set in order to fit everything.All in all, though, we got a lot more storage capacity with good cushioning and less cost this way than if we had purchased more expensive sets. I inherited a dinnerware set that I wanted to store carefully 8n my cupboards. This quilted storage allowed me to carefully pack everything except a sugar bowl and gravy boat.

I am starting to downsize and have 2 sets of good dishes. Wanted to safely store them to pass on to family members.

It serves the purpose very well. I personally would have liked the vinyl to be more substantial and maybe more dividers. I would like to order another set but notice that the price has gone up and not sure if they are worth that increase.
