Catholic Book of Novenas

This year I had been looking for the perfect prayer book, especially containing the prayers of the rosary with the mysteries. I will say that I have bought some excellent books, including the 4-volume breviary and the St. Joseph Catholic Bible—a must for those after the Lord’s own heart.Finally I bought this Catholic Book of Novenas, ISBN 978-0-89942-348-7, which also contains the most glorious rendition of the mysteries. Now, I will look no further for prayers with my rosary. This is the one I will use always when I share the rosary prayers at church.

Beautiful book of basic Novenas. I thought it especially good as the print is large print for those that are getting older and those with just bad eyesight as myself who fit both categories. The novenas are wonderful and there are beautifully explained and the whole year is covered. A good book for any Catholic family or single person to have in their library.

A great way to enrich your prayer life

Wanted a traditionally-based novena booklet. Disappointed to find out that it contains the Luminous mystery of John Paul II (Not part of the 3 mysteries of the Holy Rosary which reflects the Holy Trinity). Wanted to return it but could not. So, we'll not be using it at all.

I love reading this version especially because of its bold print that makes for easy and comfortable reading. Besides that, it is very handy and can easily fit into any clutch bag. I love the contents and would till be purchasing a few copies later to be used as presents.

The book is filled with very rich and powerful prayers, written for the heart's understanding. A must for all those in prayer.

Love the look of it, but the most important thing - the content - is unsatisfactory as many important saints' novenas are not there. Not a practical prayer book.
