Highly recommended best unit to fixed them STUPID checklight...
I've been having issue with this Check light code for about a year now and it bother me that every other weeks it happens to come on, I scan it again with the OBD2 scanners and realized this STUPID CODE keeps coming back.. so at first I had thought that it was a bad O2 sensors so had order me all 4 brand new Denso factory O2 sensors to replace them, drove it for about another months I had thought that it was FINE... but wrong that damn stupid check came back on again P0430, realized had enough and I finally gave in and bought this Direct fit Catalytic Converter from Pacesetter...P0430 is a fairly straight forward code that says "Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2". The oxygen sensors measure the amount of emissions in the exhaust going into, and then out of the catalytic converter. When they see that the converter is not "cleaning" the exhaust enough to meet standards, the converter is deemed to be failing, as it is not storing and using oxygen efficiently enough to do it's job correctly. Most commonly here, the converter is going to need to be replaced in the near future. Make sure there are no exhaust leaks in the system. Make sure there are no current cylinder misfires. If these check out, suspect a faulty converter. And I would like to say this is the best budget for the money if your are looking to fixed a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT on (2001-2004 Toyota Sequoia) OBD2 CODE (P0430)... save yourself a headache and LOT's of money from the dealers and local exhaust muffler shops...In progress now had it for 3 weeks now with over 600 mile into the new CAT no more check light and I seem to be getting a very good MPG on my 2002 Sequoia 4WD with (280K miles on the odometer), filled up full tank and got a 355miles out of it... and LOVING it...One last thing make sure you replace both side and you should be set for another 10yrs...

Not for California
Would have been fine but not legal in California and smog places check. It’s not stamped with the cali numbers.

Do it yourself and save!
Saved myself so much money with these cats! Now after 5K plus miles the Sequoia runs great with no check engine lights! Make sure you have repaired the underlying problem that caused the original cat failure or the repair will be short lived.

Great Cats for that price for my 2001 Sequoia
Great Cats for that price for my 2001 Sequoia..I added new headers from blackhorse racing and Gibson’s Cat back exhausts. She has about 15-20 horses extra.. Sounds really deep.
