Phoenix Element Pro Scooter

This scooter is a major upgrade from my 8 year olds previous scooter. I would have rated 5 stars but the first day he took it to the skate park the brake came loose and was rattling. we had to take it in to tighten it back up. Hint for others if this happens, remove the tread in a small square shape near the brake/rear wheel and you will find the bolts to tighten with an allen wrench. But once it was tighten the rattling stopped. My son loves his new scooter!!

Bought this for my 11 yr old son who rides mostly on the street but he's just started going to the local skate park too. This scooter is a huge improvement over his existing Razor - which served him well. The scooter is sturdy and relatively light. It's also much faster than any of his old scooters. He's already doing tricks - lots of jumps with ease. He's been hard on the scooter, and after a week shows very little signs of wear and tear. I'd recommend this brand - for the price, it's a huge jump in quality and speed.

Not sure what I was ordering, but my grandson asked for a Pro Scooter. This one had good reviews and was priced right. It arrived very quickly and in great shape. Had my son check it out, who is an old skateboarder who explained the difference between this scooter and the ones I am used to seeing out there. He gave it rave reviews. Very well constructed and look great. Now let's see how long after Christmas it takes my grandson to wind up in emergency😀

I bought 2 scooters as Bday gifts for my twin 10yr olds. One arrived perfect the other not so much. The company was great to work with and made sure we received another perfect scooter. My kids have been riding for a week now and are in heaven. They love the colors too. Hopefully they will last a while!

Grandson is very happy. He researched scooters and chose this one. He uses it all the time. Very happy with purchase.

Overall very happy with it. Younger son has a Lucky and older son got the Phoenix. They both like the Phoenix better although I cannot tell the difference as both are built well and similar price

Great little scooter, fits my10 year old perfect! Rolls smooth and seems well built. Scratches on the bottom from grinding at the skatepark give it a nice patina! Way better than scooters at box stores.

I ordered the scooter in red, received it in orange. It’s my son’s birthday today and he doesn’t want to wait for a new scooter to arrive. Easy to set-up and rides well. If you order the scooter, I’d recommend you check immediately that you get what you ordered- other than that, this is a great scooter.
