This has helped with my sinuses, migraines, tired eyes, when my eyes feel strained and just overall use. I have used this for both warm and cold and it just feels amazing. The lavender scent is not as strong as I thought it would be but glad it isn't. When warming this up, I do not heat it longer than 45 seconds on low as it gets warm enough. When I want it cold, I just leave it in the back of my fridge for a bit and its nice and chilly. What makes this eye mask so convenient is that I can remove the pouch from inside and wash the mask. I usually just hang dry it and back the pouch goes inside.

I’m a massage therapist and I use this on my clients everyday.The scent is nice, not overwhelming.I chill it in the refrigerator then place a tissue over client’s eyes then lay this over it. This reduces the puffiness around their eyes from laying face down during the massage. Everyone loves it. Many have commented they want one for gone to use for headaches. Especially during allergy season! I love the softness and color of this.Also- the outside cover is removable so can be washed! Great price too.

*deep sigh* it’s with a heavy heart I write you all today to tell you this product is not worth the price. It a towel type mask with some bean bag mesh inside. There isn’t even the faintest hint of lavender anywhere to be found either. The bean bag concept is cool in theory but you have to concentrate them right on the eyes and the moment you move or take it off, they collect in one side or the other as bean bags do. Please save your money and don’t buy this.

The product is very soft and I liked the strap to keep the mask in place because I am a side sleeper. However; the product is extremely bulky. This makes it uncomfortable to have on while sleeping. The smell is super light. You have to open the mask and sniff extremely hard to smell anything. The smell increases when you heat up the mask in the microwave, but that doesn’t last more than 15 minutes. You will get no scent with it just sitting on your eyes. The main reason I bought the product was to relieve stress before bed by containing a strong lavender scent. This particular product serves the same purpose as a regular eye mask. Nothing special. Will be returning it.

I love the mask. My eye doctor recommended a mask like this to apply heat to my eyes.What I found troubling was there was no way for me to know how long I should microwave it. I think you omitted important information information and on cooling and heating your product. I like the packaging and the product but was not happy with the lack of information. Always hated eye masks. Everyone i tried was light weight and didnt fit right, and just comfortable. This one came came recommended by a friend, absolutely love it!! The weightedness to it helps me sleep better and helps so much with sinus pressure. Havent heated or cooled it yet but still completely satisfied! I think im going to buy another one.

I like that it's soft and comfortable but no instructions on how to heat or cool but I figured how to cool and no real scent lucky I have lavender and coconut essential oils

I got this to help with relaxing and for headaches, I also used it for puffy eyes. I love how you can use it hot or cold. It is a good price for what it is. It also has a good weight to help if you want your room darker to go to sleep. I would differently recommend to anyone.
