ProRockGearCustomizable Multi-Purpose 17" by 13" Case

OK. I just got this. Normally I don't give much credence to reviews made just after a purchase. First, that's because the person hasn't spent time with the product. And secondly, Buyer's Remorse theory normally prohibits a balanced review. But it's a case, for gosh sakes. It's not a product that is likely to quit next month or year. Or a product with bells and whistles on it.Anyway, my quick thoughts. It's bigger than it looks. 19x15x6 It's not a small product. I think I can easily get 8 to 10 mics in here. And more if you stack two in a hole.It's a durable looking plastic, so it's light weight. I really like the latches.When your first open the case all you see is foam. You have to "rub" the foam a bit to see the squares reveal themselves you'll take out for each mic.

This, I wouldn't recommend buying. It has served me well, but only because I removed the foam covering and am using it as a mic case. Seriously, who wants to cut out exact images by tracing microphones? No one. You see the photo? The way you're likely to use this thing is you're going to pull out the solid grey foam on the bottom, and underneath, there is foam padding where you can sit your mics side by side. See the foam on the top that looks like the foam from a soundproofed room? You're going to secure your mics that are sitting side by side on the bottom by closing the lid, and from there, the foam will be sitting on top of the mics, making it somewhat secure. Now, is it worth it? Of course not. I wasn't taking a knife to the foam to cut out shapes, 'cause I'm not six years old. There really isn't a reason to buy this, unless you're going to use it the way I described above, or have your kid use a knife to cut out shapes into the foam for storage. A parent, giving their kid a knife, in the era of school shootings? I wouldn't recommend this.

This case seems to be pretty sturdy and to say that it can hold 8-10 microphones of different sizes that is awesome and it is completely customizable. The foam is cut in small little rectangles that you can move and remove according mic you want to place in that spot. I think it was well wroth the price we paid for it. All of the other mic cases that will hold this many mics are much more expensive and this looks like it was built to last.Never heard of this company before but I am glad I took a chance.

You're lucky if you found this case because when I search for "microphone case" it doesn't even show up in the results. I own a small sound company and play in two bands. Been using this case for over 3 years and its works as good as the day I bought it. I think it will last forever.

Perfect for our mic storage. Ordered two and one arrived with a cracked lid, but exchanging it was easy.

I really enjoy this case. It's the perfect size to fit my reciever, 2 handhelds, 2 lavs, cables, and extra batteries. The foam was very easy to customize for my application.

Good case, works great for sound suppressors, half the cost of a Pelican. Only gave four stars because there is no way to lock it.

Sturdy case with good locks. I was able to customize it to fit the Shure SM7B, AKG condenser mic, Audio Tech condenser mic, a cloud lifter and a dat recorder. Easy to customize with rhe pick and pluck foam, similar to any gun case. It's a great case to transport my podcasting equipment.

Pensé que al recibirlo sería mas chico y me dio mucho gusto que es grande y de excelente profundidad incluso hasta caben dos micrófonos uno sobre otro con sus respectivas separaciones de espuma. Excelente producto en verdad. Sí lo vale!
