Quality seems good for the price, however I’ve only worn these to one festival. I didn’t wear a belt or pull them up by the belt loops, but somebody came up halfway through the festival and informed me that one of my back belt loops was broken.Sizing is my major issue here. I wear a 34 in everything, I ordered these in a 34 and had a little extra space but thought that would be okay since I’d be drinking gratuitous quantities of beer. Within an hour of being exposed to my body heat the leather expanded (which I should’ve predicted) and I have an extra 3 or 4 inches of waist space in this now.It looks terrible, and it’s made even worse by the fact that the suspenders are HUGEEEEEEEEEEE. I’m six foot two inches tall and I have SO MUCH SPACE IN THESE SUSPENDERS! The photo is me with the suspenders at the absolute smallest setting. Who the hell are these made for????? People who are 8 feet tall? People who order clothes with a 34 inch waist when they apparently have a 50 inch bust that requires suspenders of this size?I’m not sure if I can return these since I’ve worn them for several hours to a festival, but I sure wish I could. I would definitely order lederhosen of this quality again at this price, but it’s the sizing that I can’t get past.

Got him a size 42 and that is what my husband wears and they fit fine, and the way they are designed they have a leather tie at top center in the back back to let out a little more room if needed. They also have belt loops to be able to wear a belt if needed which is a great feature. The top part has lots of adjustment. . They are real leather but are very heavy and would be hot in summer and he will wear them anyway. Love the stitching of the deer and the details of these long lederhosen shorts. Now if you have heavy legs I wouldnt let the long like we did since they could be tight. Very nice quality. I cant wait to go dancing with him and show them off! Now if I can get a dirndl dress that fits I will be all set. Not having much luck with the womens dirndl sizing- way off and way too small- wish they were like these shorts, these lederhosen are true to mens US size!

I went to my first Oktoberfest event this year, and decided I wanted to match when I go in the future. I found these lederhosen to be the best price to quality ratio from preliminary research on Amazon and Google Shopping.The lederhosen arrived quickly, and I was in awe of the quality. All of the embroidery and functional stitching looks great and feels very sturdy. The color of the hide is consistent throughout the hosen and looks to be very high quality cow leather.The only issue I have with this garment is how tight it is. Let me preface this by saying I normally wear slim or skinny jeans; I’m 6’6” and about 180lbs.My waist size has been 32 for the past decade, and thus I ordered size 32 lederhosen. They felt so tight in the front that I could barely close the buttons, and so tight around my lower legs that I couldn’t sit down or bend my legs normally. Being made from real leather, lederhosen are meant to stretch a bit and form over time. But these felt so tight I was worried they might rip or have buttons pop off!I am still confident this is the best product for my money, so I ordered another pair one size up and will update this review when I have a chance to wear them.

I went with these as they met my price point and were a nice look with the real leather. Everything that I hoped they would be with good design, sewing, and fit. These are the ones that go down around the knee/calf, so better for cooler weather and have a nice lining to make them easy to wear all day/slide off and on.The embellishments are nice but not over the top and probably closer to what you would wear for daily use if you want to wear lederhosen all the time? If you want the fancy ones to make people go "WOW, Nice Lederhosen!" this is probably to plain for you. Get a colorful shirt, a nice hat, and after a few beers everyone looks great.Going to the bathroom requires a couple of buttons undo or you just slip off the suspenders and let the whole thing slide down. Just a heads up if you have had too many beverages and "really" need to go. You also really need the long socks to go with this, as the lower part is unlined and the leather will rub your leg hair off after a 1/2 mile of walking around.I opted to go up 1 size from what I normally wear and it does fit more comfortably but think I might have been fine with my normal size and wearing it around the house for a day or two to stretch it out. I am 6' 2" and usually wear a 40" but went for a 42".Regardless of the size, I do recommend wearing it before you go to an even, as the knee and calf area were tight for me in the beginning and setting was a bit of a conscious effort. I sat in a chair for dinner and playing cards one night while wearing them and that loosened them up a bunch. After that, they are like heavy sweatpants.

These are great. I figured I'd splurge this year since I typically go to a couple of Oktoberfests a year. These are legit leather with a nice satin liner on the inside. They are a bit tight when you first get them and put them on, but stretch out. Got several compliments on them already at my first Oktoberfest. Recommended. Should note: they are made in Pakistan, but are a German company...if that matters. Even after purchase, I got an email from them about how to wear lederhosen and all that.

As many of the reviews have stated, this is the real deal. Real leather (made in Pakistan). Very German, with a cod piece flap that my coworkers stared at constantly, to the point I asked a fella if he wanted to touch it. But, they are mostly comfortable - I stood at a standing desk all day - every time I sat I was afraid I would pull the stitches out, so I didn't sit - BUT, they stayed together and seemed really solid. As leather, they get really hot. BUT, Gay Dudes were all over me and I got a bunch of free beer! So, hell yeah, I say!

I ordered one size larger.just as I expected love it
