Not a strong flavor as the last brand I had but these definitely do the trick topping off my whipped cream on my hot chocolate which I make sugar free with erythritol and allulous

These Zint Organic Cacao Nibs are fantastic! I love that they are fair trade, organic, and non-GMO. They offer such a flavorful crunch to almost anything you can imagine. I'm glad I found these.

Please keep in mind that these were the first "plain" cocoa nibs I've ever had. The first being chocolate coated. My first impression, the rather vinegary smell, I'm guessing this is normal and a result of the fermentation process? Taste-wise, not so different from unsweetened cocoa, rather dry and bitter. The texture is what I like the most, similar to the crunch of roasted almonds. I do snack on them plain but have so far, put some in my oatmeal and used them in a biscotti and really liked them that way. I think they'd be a good addition to many cookie or brownie recipes. My husband tried flavoring some homemade kombucha and was a little disappointed that the flavor wasn't more pronounced. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

They're pieces about 1cm long or so or smaller. They are like dessert! I can take a spoonful and eat it! It is like eating crunchy dark chocolate. I am using them for a Christmas candy I am making.

I have been enjoying these up until a couple days ago when I bit into something very hard, like plastic, that I can now only attribute to being some sort of shell. I didn't think too much of it until I had the same experience both yesterday and today. I will now be sifting through them prior to adding them to my yogurt.The flavor is great, I am very bummed about the shells though. Fortunately I have not damaged my teeth but it definitely caused some pain in my front tooth for a few hours.

I’ve had cacao nibs in the past I could bake with or add to my coffee & they would melt to make a delicious mix. These do NOT melt at all. Left little solid chunks at the bottom of my cup & sorry but they’re not yummy enough to eat on their own. Definitely could not bake with these. Plus, on the bag it says 90 day satisfaction guarantee but when I tried to return they said returns were not allowed for this item. How does that make sense? Contradictory statement on product packaging, not returnable & poor quality. I should get my $ back but doesn’t look like I will so hopefully I can deter others from the same problem I had.
