Not the quality I was expecting.
Lacking in flavor, not up to par with the likes of Peet’s major Dickinson, Newman’s organic, San Francisco Bay, Starbucks Vienna, even Starbucks pike place, some are medium roast but have a more robust flavor even brewed at a 12oz. These taste like the ones that come in the variety pack of Costco, all of which I don’t care for, the second a drop of cream hits the brew it looks and taste like dishwater. This company will give you a percentage off your next order if you comment on your favorite roast. I tried, but I can’t honestly say I’d buy any of them ever again.

Pleasantly surprised
My wife and I enjoy dark roast. Everyone's coffee tastes are different , so this review is indeed subjective. Our regular morning coffee is Green Mountain Dark Sumatra. However, the Alpine Dark roast collection is a close second, particularly the Costa Rica and the Italian roasts. Each variety had a unique taste. Now you may say that this should be true since they are 5 varieties. However, anyone who tries different coffees knows that many times the less expensive coffees all taste the same--like dishwater. To that end, we found the French to be our least favorite as it was not as full bodied as the other varieties. Received all 5 varieties in good condition.

Terrible product
They had a variety but the cups looked like rejected cups from the factory. They were simply thrown in a box and shipped. The coffee was soso and nothing stuck out. Some tasted old or stale. I simply would not purchase this coffee or sample pack of coffee again.

dark but not strong
this coffee was just not as strong as I was expecting, or was hoping for. It is an ok choice if you are looking for good medium strength brew..Like mine stronger. Recently tried one of the Amazon branded brews...much stronger, and fo me a much better choice.

Not bad at all
These were not bad although I really like an intense strong full flavored coffee these were in the middle of the road but such a great value for my budget sometimes we just have to live within our means

DELICIOUS... but discontinued
Everything Alpine I've been buying for 2 years is delicious; at $0.51 - $0.55 cents a cup - good value. The Ultimate Variety pack is perfect, the flavor pack (vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, Jamaica-me-nuts), and the dark roast packs were all perfect for preference. Presentation doesn't count - it's 40 K-cups in a cardboard box. BUT IT'S DISCONTINUED.

Only received 4 varieties
I received 40 K-cups but only received 4 different roasts. I did not receive any Italian roast. Initial tasting is very good.UPDATE: Today received the Italian Roast! They must read reviews as I did not complain to them. Very Good coffee and stand up Company!

Strong and savory
A very nice mix of dark coffee pods. Delivered loose in a small box. No cracked tops. Great taste, dark and strong. Good mix of the 5 types. I've reordered a couple times. Correct pod shape for my K machine.
