EXACTLY what you're looking for in sliders!
SO happy for these DynaPro sliders! They slide well on both hard floor and carpet, making it easy to use whether I'm working out at the gym or at home. I also really like the size of them! I can fit my whole hand on them comfortably. I've used a number of sliders before that are half the size and is a little challenging to do a lot of exercises when my hand doesn't fit (mind you that I'm 5'5" and don't have massive hands haha) With the DynaPro ones I don't have to worry about my grip on the slider and can have the perfect foundation with my hands when doing any core work. Lastly, I like the simplicity of these, there's no bells and whistles that get in my way and do their job perfectly!! Definitely recommend!!

Love!!!
I'm a personal trainer and I absolutely love these for my clients and for myself. They are portable and easy to take along with me and great for my home gym. I especially like the two different sides so they can be used on the carpet and on tile. They definitely take my workout app to a new level. Love using them for abs, legs and chest!!!

Great product!
Just got these in the mail and completed a post-Thanksgiving workout. These were great! I was able to work my legs, arms and abs all in the comfort of my living room. They're completely portable so I look forward to bringing these with me when I travel. Excellent addition to my home gym.

Good item for the price.
I was hoping they would glide a little easier; however, I have a tile floor so maybe that's why.They might work better on a hardwood or linoleum floor . But overall, they're ok.

compact and easy to store
I work out a lot at home and I don’t have much space for large workout equipment. These sliders are just what I needed, compact and easy to store. I can get a great workout in right in the comfort of my home. I use them to work my legs, arms, and core. The sliders work great in my wood floors or carpet. I highly recommend.

Don’t slide easily - good for the price
Good for the price. Not the easiest to slide though. I wouldn’t recommend them.
