Q: How can I reach seller? 1 pump works great, the other not at all. The air compartment fills with soapy water with every pump.

I'm having trouble with it too. I've used it for 2 weeks and it worked fine until yesterday. It won't pump at all. It is useless and was a waste of money.

The ones I ordered are brushed stainless steel.

Liquid soap needs to be diluted with water to be able to foam, I recommend 1/3 soap to 2/3 water and mix. From here you can add more or less. Less soap will give thinner foam, while more soap will give a thicker foam. If you notice any foaming soap you buy in the store is very thin and the first ingredient is water. You will need to flush out as much soap as you can from the pump to get it to work. Hope this helps!
