No swivel angle adjustment but a good fixture anyway
Was pretty much what I expected except that I didn't notice until I received it that there is not a swivel on it to adjust the pitch of the lamp. You have to bend the mounting bracket (which I had already installed and had to remove). But other than that I am pleased with it. Just the right amount of light for the large picture it is on, and I discovered that Lowes stocks the T6 bulbs. Nice little light for the money.

Great but not perfect
The light fixture replaced the old one very well. It was smaller but the light was bright enough to light the picture and dark area we needed the light. The only difference is the adjusment in the tilt of the cover would make it perfect.

This requires a T6 bulb!
It seems reasonably well made, but they didn't mention that it takes a T6 bulb in the description. The body is too thin to accept anything else, e.g. a candelabra base flame bulb. Also, the switch is next to the plug which means that to turn it off, you have to get down to the outlet where it's plugged in! Not very convenient. It's also not really very well made. When you put a bulb in it, the socket sags so one end of the bulb is visible. Overall it's a bit flimsy.

I finally found this Westinghouse light at a very good price and the quality is excellent
I have been looking for a picture light for a long time and refused to spend the outrageous amount of money these companies were asking. I have purchased picture lights at a reasonable price in the past and could not believe what companies were asking, so I didn't buy any. I finally found this Westinghouse light at a very good price and the quality is excellent. A very happy customer!

Pretty cheesy...but a good price..
The brass on this is a very thin gauge and bendy, but I've done my research and unless you want to spend $100 at House of Troy or other quality [probably made in U.S.A] brands, this is what you're stuck with. I have no idea why these are so expensive, perhaps limited production numbers.

The fixture did exactly what I wanted to light up ...
The fixture did exactly what I wanted to light up my "Stone Cottage" 12" clock with the 15w bulb..I have another one where the 15w was too bright for my Packers coo coo clock, so I used a 7 1/2 bulb..

OK
Inside, where you screw in the bulb, is very shaky and unstable. But, the light still works.
