The safe has four batteries that power the locking mechanism. These batteries are accessible from the outside by removing a plastic cover held inn place by a little screw. The safe arrives with two default codes. So far so good. You are advised to change the codes. You do. But if you remove the batteries for a while the codes you have programmed are deleted and the safe returns to the default codes. This has to be one of the most stupid things I have ever encountered.

The mechanism is jammed. The over-ride key wont turn the mechanism. When it tries to close the door on battery power it jams and gives the code 'blocked'. This with the door open or closed (I tried with it open in case it was interfering with the safe body). Incidentally, it didn't respond at all at first; I found one of the batteries supplied was years old and leaking, so I changed it before trying anything else.

Aufgrund des Preises ist die Qualität des Wandtresors top. Artikelbeschreibung und Bedienungsanleitung sind i.O. Es lagen auch die benötigten Batterien bei!Lieferung/Verpackung waren so wie man es erwartet.Alles ordnungsgemäß gelaufen.Haltbarkeit wird sich noch herausstellen ;-)

para mi ha sido una buena compra, cumple muy bien su función, mi pena es no haber podido comprar el otro mod. mayor por no tener espacio suficiente para colocarla, pero para guardar algunas cosillas de valor que no sean muy grandes va muy bien, funciona a la perfeccion, una vez colocada en la pared y disimulada con un cuadro delante, nadie sabe que hay detrás.

Arrivata nei tempi, funzionante. La pulsantiera sporge di circa 1/2 cm, ma ho risolto incassando la cassa nel muro di ulteriori 2 cm per rendere il tutto rasomuro
