Lloytron- A1220 3200w RCD Safety Plug Circuit Breaker Ultra Fast Earth Fault Cut

Playing electric guitar can have it's health issues, when you consider the potential for electric shock should your amp meet with a fault in a venue with poor earthing.I bought this Lloytron with the above in mind, so far works great with my Marshall 100watt valve amp, no trips or problems gigging.It seems well made, does the job and I like the colour too.Highly recommend one of these if your a guitarist, I did wonder if it would work ok with guitar gear, seems the answer is yes.

Prompt delivery, well packaged, reasonable price. I followed instructionsand tested prior to use, all okay.Used with a 25 meter extension cable to trim and cut a long garden hedge.Fortunately I did not cut my Hedge Cutter cable so could not say how effectiveit would have been had I done so.Showed it to a fully qualified electrician who said it looked okay, testedokay as per the instructions however it's a 'Bit of a Catch 22' situation untilit has to do it's job and prevent the user being electrocuted.

Works fine for a while, but I used it with a hedge trimmer and after a while it kept cutting out, it felt as though it was overheating. Works ok with a lawn mower. Probably not man enough for continuous usage.

Bought for use with garden shredder. Bright colour useful as socket is in gloomy corner of shed. Very simple to operate. A few days later I needed another one for garage but bought instead a Unicom in Wilkinsons. Would happily recommend Lloytron- not my first purchase of that brand.

Great product. Easy to use. Works perfectly. Reasonable price.
