I swear by this stuff
This is my go to when I have any urinary symptoms. It works almost immediately. Definitely take with food though. And there can be some staining in your underwear since it makes your urine orange

Lifesaver for UTI symptoms
I was dealing with that super annoying feeling of having to pee every five minutes, even when nothing was really there. It was exhausting and super distracting.
