Its very well made i remember my plastic TA issued one and this is far better. Easy to attach to a belt or bag and very hardy. Remember that in bushcraft or on your travels plastic simply doesnt do the job especially if you're wanting to brew tea, coffee or food straight off your campfire. This features a perfect mug with a collapsable handle and all is made of high quality stainless steel. The bag attatchment is awesome as it will help the bottle last longer and help keep it clean. My favourite part, other than how bushcraft proffessional it looks, is the sturdy lid chain which means you wont ever lose the lid whilst hiking etc. This is hands down quality for money as this style lasts for decades, that tends to be what military gear is crafted for. Brilliant piece of gear and a lot of uses. Thankyou very much sellers it came within days and is brand new. Love this

This is one of my go to items when camping. I use a fish mouth spreader to hang the water bottle over the fire to boil/sterilise stream water. The wide mouth on the bottle is ideal and the cup itself is well made, especially the handles.All in all it's pretty much perfect.

This stainless Steel flask seems to be reasonably well made, feels good in the hand and is about the right size for a day.I've seen other reviews saying that the cap breaks or falls off etc. Well, if this happens then you can use a Cork from a wine or whiskey bottle, that works just fine .For me, this first week of use, it is good, and doesn't leak.The only downside is the cheap and nasty cover, such a shame they couldn't provide a decent cover. Maker's, take notice, for £22 You should provide a good quality cover., don't cheap out on us. Would I buy it again?With this cheap cover ... no... with a quality, insulated cover, yes.

Does exactly what it's meant for.I'm using it for drinking water, keeping it in the van cab for work days.I wanted something I could reuse for a long time to come, this seems to fit the notion.I have no use for the cup but tye pouch helps if there is condensation because it does get very cold !A good stainless flask.

This might not be exact brand/model that's issued to American troops but it is the same design. The stainless steel is food grade quality so doesn't affect the taste of contents. The mug doubles as a cooking vessel which is convenient and means less weight needs to be carried. Used on a survival weekend in Wales and was very pleaseed with this purchace.

The only down part for this product is the cover bag which is really not good and it’s a shame because the canteen looks really good.I tried to buy a new cover bag but no chance to find one so far.

Solid product. Stainless steel rather than cheap aluminium. So far doing a great job and the cup has been used for cooking on the go. Make sure you clean and degrease it fully before use as there is a protective grease layer inside. Only worry is that the lid might crack over time and I'm not sure where to get a replacement.Let's get this out onto a tray. Nice

Buttons on bag were broken before using, and then chain broke off with first use, not worth price at all
