Quality is as expected... A bit more soft(i personally like d firmness whwn it comes to mattresses)I bought a size 73x78 which is slightly small for my king size bed. I was little disappointed with this.I didn't receive any free pillows (as mentioned in the product description)

Please experience it at local store before buying
Folks, I violated my own resolution and bought this mattress online on the spur of a moment. While the product matches its description and the delivery was dot on time, the comfort and the feel isn't the way I wanted. My advice to all of the buyers is to first experience the mattress at a local store in your city and then buy it. Amazon does have probably the best prize and are really good at delivery.

Product was good and comfortable
The product was good for the value of money spent. On coir mattress, I used to have back pain occasionally and after using this product I am not getting back pain. The comfort levels are good. There will be slight movement of the entire bed (we can call it as partner disturbance when more than two people are sleeping on it) due to Bonnell spring construction and at most I can say that you can enjoy as your are moving in train while you are sleeping. Overall the product finish, comfort and for the value of money it is very good.

not the greatest of peps models - sags
after few weeks of use (by thin kid) it is found sagging in middle. It was not so even for peps bought 10 years back and adults using those. seems peps has dropped quality now, must be cost cutting.
