I am not one to write reviews. Ever. (In fact, I am afraid by writing one I will jinx myself on how awesome this product is. ;) I have hereditary dark circles and undereye puffiness. I have always had issues since I was a teen. Aging has only made it worse. I am 33 now. I have tried it all, even $200 La Mer eye cream. I was considering plastic surgery. I started using this serum on June 20, 2015. This serum is just unbelievable . From the minute I applied it, I could feel a tightening sensation. By the next day, my eye bags were 95% gone. No lie. After continued use (twice a day, am and pm), my bags and dark circles are improved, the skin is tighter and more even overall, mila is reduced. Seriously a miracle in a bottle for me. I hope they never discontinue this product! (Oh and I was not given a coupon code to try this out like many of the other reviewers, I purchased strictly based on positive reviews here and the organic nature of the product.)

I've only used three eye creams in my life, and only for the past 5 or 6 years. My daughter always bought me the Olay Regenerist, and though I didn't really see any difference in lines and puffiness, I still used it. Then I got a free sample of an eye cream last year that I really, really liked - but I did NOT really, really like the PRICE, so I never bought any. I LOVE this Neroli Eye Serum! I've been using it for over a week and my fine lines are barely visible. It also has a light "citrus" kind of smell, which is great because I don't like perfumey things on my face. It's so nice to find something like this that not only works, but is a good deal price-wise. I saw that some people complained about the pump on the bottle not working, but on my bottle, the company has apparently switched to an eye dropper, which is PERFECT.

although this product did not work for me these kinds of products depend each individual person what goes for one may not always go for another. I originally bought this product due to the number Of outstanding reviews, unfortunately I did not share unfortunate welcome comparable to most who have tried / use this product. I will however stand to a test for this particular company selling the product. the company is small and family owned and takes great pride in a sharing their customers satisfaction. I did not request a refund, however the company kindly refunded me because I did not have a positive experience with the product. they were very kind, considerate, and they do the best they can to provide quality customer care. I would still recommend their products based on their customer care alone

This eye serum is ok, but I haven't seen any improvement in the bags under my eyes. I'm in my early 50's and I've been using it for about two months. I am aware, however, that it is unlikely any eye cream/serum will reduce under eye bags. This has to be done surgically, which I'm seriously thinking about doing. Neroli Eye Serum has a lot of very positive reviews, so please don't let mine put you off purchasing. Not all products work the same for all people.

Possibly the worst product I've ever used around my eyes. It really seemed to make the skin worse. I don't choose new products without doing a fair amount of research on both the ingredients and customer reviews so the results from this serum were surprising. Most of the reviewers were very positive in their praise and while I don't care for the smell of neroli, it has been tested and seemingly proven as an ingredient. That said, I'm in my mid 50's with not very wrinkled or delicate skin and it definitely did not work for me! Also, let me say, that I do use other products from this line and like them very much so....?

first time using this product goes on well have to give this product some time in order to see the true effects.

Don't bother with this one. I was looking for something to hydrate under the eye. What I got was something liquid that goes on under the eye and turns into a visible, taut, filmy patch where the liquid was placed. If you try to put anything over it the area will badly flake and you will see wrinkles where you had none. Please don't waste your money. Stick to argon oil. It is best for such a fragile area.

It was okay. Too drying for my skin.
