Vivarin Caffeine Gum, Sugarfree Chewing Gum, PowerMint, 6 Count

This gum truly acts like a 1/2 cup of coffee but better because it gives you a quick energy boost without dropping your wake up feel., And has a nice scent !!I’m a singer and have a lot of late night gigs and needed something to keep me awake an alert an this gum does just that. Also it doesn’t separate nor get guey in texture even after chewing it for over 2 hrs. I now make sure I have a backup supply so that I never run out!! I stopped drnkining energy drinksand coffee because this gum does it all!!

These chewable gums are just 40mg of caffeine each.. One's enough for a short term pick me up, two will give you a nice sense of alertness. And they taste good! No caffeine blah.

I used this gum for over a year when I had to drive from St Louis to Memphis weekly. It kept me awake and from having accidents. I liked it but the price kept going up from about a 60 cents a pill to about 2 dollars a pill now.I looked for others for less price and found several. I presently use a competitor brand where I get more pills for about half the price of this product.I will not return to this product due to price gouging. It's one thing to be pricey but with a lot of competition it's a sure way to kill your product. On product search this product does not presently come up, you have to put in the name considering you know the brand name.Buy only if you are brand loyal or like the packing color.

I drive for a living and am on the lookout for anything that keeps the "sleepeze" away. I've tried coffee, espresso beans, pills, Nicorette gum, regular gum, energy drinks to name few and all have had one side effect or another that did not agree with me. I was skeptical at first so wasn't in a hurry to try it. A few months ago I found it my driving bag and decided to try it as I was at home that day incase I had any weird reactions to it. I am blown away at how well this works for me! Only need a couple pieces here and there. The gum also lasts a long time and I don't have any side effects at all. Very happy with this and have continued to buy this.

I found I don't have to chew the entire piece. I can cut it in half & get the get-up-and-go I need for household chores. I just wish it wasn't so difficult to find. It used to be available in various drug stores, ut no one seems to carry it anymore. Thank heavens for Amazon!!

I've only tried two other types of caffeine gum (viavrin was the 3rd), but I was surprised to see that one piece of vivarin gum rescued me from the edge of sleep and got me alert and active in less than 2 minutes. It even allowed me to perform sedentary activities such as "required" reading for at least 2 hours. Great for pushing through homework. As a reference, I use a fair amount of caffeine per day, so I was surprised to see 40 mg help me break through the fog. The other two gums had 40 mg (a walmart purchase) and 100 mg (from amazon). Neither worked as quickly as vivarin. Now I use vivarin as my "break glass in case of emergency" gum. I use the 100 mg gum as my "get me to the finish line" gum. Also, the vivarin worked for a shorter duration but it's taste was not as offensive as the first two. Hope this helps.

Oh these taste nasty. But it's tolerable. Don't feel like drinking coffee but need to be awake? These'll get the job done. MIght make you a little crazy if you're sensitive to caffeine. Worth the try. A novelty for my teenage son and his buddies.

Purchased this product for my son - who is in college and spends long hours with homework, projects and studying. Helps him to stay alert through the long days. Happy with product.
