Fantastic leather strap.
I think this is a great quality leather strap given it's price of under $50, and I'd say it's more or less on par with straps from di-Modell and Hirsch (in this price segment). However, from my experience, out of those three I find that di-Modell straps tend to be a bit more comfortable (and may even have a very slight edge in overall quality) but this strap matches with my everyday watch the best and so I wear it the most out of all my other straps.I should remark that when I got this RIOS strap, it was fairly stiff and uncomfortable initially. It took about a week or two of continuous use to break in nicely. It's very comfy now and I actually think it looks better the more wear you put on it. Moreover, I would have to disagree with an earlier reviewer's comments about the authenticity of the leather. To me it certainly appears to be genuine soft calfskin leather on the bottom and embossed (imitation) alligator pattern on the opposite side (as to be expected with straps at this price point). It's a pretty nice strap, nonetheless.I mainly wear it on an Omega Speedmaster day-date paired with a nice Hadley-Roma deployant. It's a sportier alligator strap as it's thicker at the lug ends (6mm thicks) but tapers to about 2-3mm at the ends. I find this thickness is great in that it pairs well with my omega's size as the strap sits flush with the lugs, and it works great with deployants since it tapers down at the buckle end. Overall, it's a pretty nice strap.

Order the watch pins separately
The watch band showed up in a timely manner and other than a few nicks along the edge it seems like a decent band for the price. This band does not come with watch pins so you will need to order them separately.

No Good
For the price. Ripoff. Felt much better crocodile/alligator straps for $15 less. Extremely stiff no matter how much I try to break it in. I'm convinced this could be fake leather just from using it and thinking about this high price.
