I use this product for crimping butt connectors for very small gauge wire (22-24awg). The crimper works fine but the glue holding the plastic cover on the bottom handle of the crimper (where you fingers squeeze) only lasted for 2 uses before it gave way. I thought the loose handle was by design so that the metal could slide within the handle as the jaws crimp down, but after several uses I realized that it's much better to have 2 secure grips than to have one of them allow for sliding within the grip so I se super glue the fix the loose cover. Otherwise I have no complaints for the product.

Works fantastic! Crimp is very secure. Ratchet action ensures that the crimp is complete before the crimper releases. I am very glad I purchased these. Definitely work faster and better than pliers or wire cutters, which I used to use.

I am not expert on crimping, but these have functioned better than I expected for few crimping I have done this far. Time will tell longevity.

It does what it’s supposed to do. I’m happy with it.

Used it for Pex tubing. If it opened a little bit more that would be great.
